I know it's not running, but I road biked 28 miles with Mark Lettang today.  It was about 70 degrees and sunny.  Here in Austin the junipers and live oaks are still green so it seemed just like summertime.  I don't have conditioning for biking really, so this 28 mile ride pretty much wiped me out.  This was my first ride on a road bike that I bought a couple of months ago.

you riding Timmy's old bike? The first ride is always a hard one. The temperature makes me jealous. It got up to 12F in Wisconsin today.
