Tonight I ran on that great trail west of Battle Creek Park.  In the photo below, the start in the upper right is the Holiday in at McKnight and 94.  It's an out and back run and it decends the whole way out, so the elevation profile for the run looks like this.

Tonight I ran on a really nice paved bike/running trail in St. Paul MN.  It's in the Battle Creek Park area, just south of the 3M center.  I think the trails on the east side of McKnight are well known since they are visible from the street, but the best running, imo, is this secluded paved trail that runs west from McKnight.  It runs in a wooded valley along a creek bed with lots of little bridges and is very scenic and pretty.  A trail map of the area is here.

This evening I ran in the Battle Creek Park in St. Paul MN.  This park has lots of trails through the woods that are cross country skiing trails in the winter.

This evening I ran the Greenway/RidgeTop Road/Ghost Hill Road loop in Trinity.  I'm going to be spending the next 4 days in St. Paul MN on a business trip and I'm hoping to squeeze some running in while I'm there.
