Ran the Re-creation 5k with Eric Schotz, Todd Hogue, and Jon Elmore in Hunstsville.  Also ran 2 miles before the race to warm up and 1 mile after the race to cool down.  I finished 16th overall at 20:06.  4th in my age group.
